The Translation Referral Service

The Translation Referral Service (TRS), a nonprofit service managed by graduate students pursuing Translation Studies, provides translating and interpreting services to Binghamton University and the community at large. Since its inception in 1973, it has coordinated translation projects involving more than 40 languages, ranging from legal, medical, and commercial documents to scholarly essays and fiction. Likewise, the TRS has provided interpreters for schools, courts, hospitals, and businesses throughout the state of New York .
